Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Kat Fleur Jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including the gift box).
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@katfleur.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at hello@katfleur.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
